About Estoril

Estoril is part of the Portuguese Riviera resort belt west of Lisbon, attracting visitors primarily in the summer beach season from June to September. It forms a continuous beachfront strip with Cascais and Monte Estoril along the Marginal road. The town hosts the Estoril Open tennis tournament nearby in Cascais and is roughly 25 km from Lisbon, accessible via suburban trains. Estoril is often paired with Cascais and Sintra as a 2–4 day coastal extension for visitors arriving through Lisbon’s Humberto Delgado Airport.
